Do I pay per message or per conversation?
For a shout out (one way SMS without automation), it’s per SMS segment, ie per 160 characters. For our conversation templates, the prices quoted are for the complete conversation – all the SMS back and forth from the bot.
What if I want to make my own conversation template?
First we’d suggest combining our existing templates with our journey tool. Otherwise, bespoke conversation implementation (design, analysis, tuning) costs $180 / hr
How much are additional SMS segments?
Additional SMS segments are charged as a ‘shout out’.
Do I get a discount if I disable a message?
Yes. If you disable a message in a conversation we will credit the cost of a ‘shout out’ back to your account.
How much does it cost to reply to a transition email?
